• In live betting, there may be a short delay before odds are accepted (latency). If the odds change during this window, the updated odds will apply.
• Certain markets may be temporarily suspended just before or after a significant in-match event (goal, wicket, red card).
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a network issue, it will be considered void and a full refund will be issued.
• Results are determined based on the official match outcome — even if information shown on television or other sources differs, the official result is final.

If a match is abandoned or suspended after play has begun, bets whose outcomes can be determined up to that point will be settled accordingly. The remaining bets will be voided and refunded.

Adda8's bonus offers are designed to give users added value, but they come with specific conditions:

If any of these are proven, adda8 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, permanently close the account, and pursue legal action where necessary.

• Services may be unavailable during scheduled system maintenance — no compensation is provided for any betting opportunities missed during this time.
• Adda8 accepts no liability for funds lost through betting — all wagers are placed at the user's own discretion.

However, where any loss is directly caused by a fault on adda8's part, adda8 is committed to resolving it.

Adda8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or system manipulation.
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of false documents.
• If you are identified as being under 18 years of age.

You can also contact adda8 support at any time to close your account. If a verifiable balance remains at the time of closure, it will be returned via your registered payment method.
